I would research if the new version of MSFS needs a new version of FSUIPC.
Suggestions:

If you look in your FSACARS directory, do you see an fsacars.mdb file?

I see in the pic you provided it shows your pilot number as AVxxxx. Check your AAL.INI config file. Your pilot number in that fill should only be the numeric digits of your pilot number. It should not have AAVxxx. That's a thread from last year that Anthony added on to instead of starting a new thr...
