Glad to have you back Danny. Now Phoenix being the primo AAVirtual hub is very debatable. We will leave it at that and LAX's 8 pilots which I believe is the current largest hub. Just saying.

It's been happening to me as well and pretty much all FREPS I have received have had the wrong dates. I've actually sent an email to all the pilots at KLAX asking them to double check the date on the FREP after submission to make sure it's correct.

Can't say I've forgotten the landing gear. I have forgotten some other things, but never the gear. That is impressive that you owned up to the mistake and posted pictures of the incident. That's going to be quite the bill for runway repairs.
