So just posted over in their forums..not sure how active it is. so i'm posting here if any one can help.

I am just getting back to flight simming. I was going for a flight a couple days ago and the tire and some internal engine textures were missing. If looking nose on..the engines look empty except for the turbines. So i uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I then did a complete uninstall and reinstall of FSX..reinstalled the super 80 profressional..same issue. Any help? I have everything installed on the same drive...though not the same drive as the Windows 7 64 bit. I've been away from the flight sim community for a while..so maybe I missed something. Any help would be appreciated.

Rey, Man-O-man with all the problems your having this will learn ya' -not to leave the FS world.

Super80 Pro; You may have to re download from Flight one, the installer again. And you may have to get a new installer from them. Your order number and password and all that. As it sounds like it is loading, but it is not a "legal" copy anymore. You may want to try to put any new livery models using their installer. Do everything as Admin rights.

These are suggestions in which I have had problems.

Now, forget FSX and go to P3Dv2 an you will open up even MORE problems for you if you forgot how to handle FSX.

Good Luck.

Just a thought, but I'm wondering if you had a DX10 problem. When I first went to DX10 a couple of my a/c appeared with missing parts. Funny thing though, they self-corrected! Since it was only a couple of a/c I would use others until I got a change to troubleshoot the problem. Turns out after selecting the problem a/c one or two more times I started getting complete a/c with no missing parts. I know we don't have self-correcting software yet but I do think FSX makes changes to the graphics configs the first few times items are launched.

Not sure Ted. I'd run it successfully on this rig. I think my kids messed it up. LOL. Easy scapegoat that they are. But the fresh reinstall fixed it. Just need to find time to get airborne again. Week days are rough. Maybe Friday night.
