Have you tried our "Generate Random FREQ" page?

http://www.aavirtual.com/modules.php?name=Auto_FREQ

Put "2nd Officer" in the rank window even though you're a trainee (I think it's set to have turboprops for trainees still. I need to fix that).
Then put "Embraer ERJ" in the equipment window

Just to keep your flights in line, if you find yourself stuck at an airport with no other flight out you may also opt out for a charter flight to connect the dots. Lesser ranked pilots may use 4 charter flights a month, read the POH on the criteria. Any other flight must be from a verifiable timetable.
Just another thought.

I just tried this and put in 6 legs.
It gave me:

KDFW-KSPS
KSPS-KDFW
KDFW-KCAE
KCAE-KDFW
KDFW-KGCK
KGCK-KDFW

This is what I was hoping to avoid, and with my custom map I can avoid double back flights.
Thanks for the suggestion though. :)
Hmm.
Maybe I'll add a "don't return to hub in the middle of the FREQ" option.
