You could make that for way less than the asking price dude!

Metal pipe fixtures at the orange box store and pvc sheets. Not much metal working involved.

Seems you could surround this with a used cockpit and have a virtual cockpit at home.
I wonder what happens to all the metal from those cockpits in Victorville. I bet they just get scrapped. What a shame.
