Our Newest Commander at AAV

It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of David Briggs AAV-2344 to the rank of Commander!
He has now completed all of our Check Flights and attained our highest rank in a very short period of time.
He also has taken charge of our KPHL HUB.
Many Congratulations are due David from all of us.
