FSACARS issue

I have been having issues with FSACARS for a few days.

Firstly, there were errors when reporting. So I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it.

From that moment on, when I open it and load the flight plan, after a few minutes the application closes indicating these messages:

I have tried to run it as administrator and the same error occurs.

I connect through the FSUIPC 7.4.10 module. With 7.4.8 and 7.4.9 I also had problems.

Would you be so kind as to give me a solution?

Exception code: 0xc0000005 is something we've never seen before. Searching on the web this could have several hardware or software causes unrelated to FSACARS. Here are two links with things to try:

Thanks for your help, Mike.
I've been execute chkdsk C: /f /r on CLI and then check Windows registry with Ccleaner app. After that I delete old FSACARS folder, keeping only FSAcars DB.
As a last step, I installed acars and updates. It works!.
