super80 Pro FMC regurg?

This has happened to me three times recently, but have any of you had this happen to you? Sometimes after flying over a waypoint in your RTE, it does not register as being reached. So the plane tries to double back. I couldn't figure out why my plane kept trying to go back. At first I thought it was trying to just do a 360 or a hold, so I kept trying to set it on course using the hdg bug. On my FMC it showed the correct next way point. So I decided to let the plane do it's thing and keep turning. When it turned around, I saw that a waypoint was still displayed on the flight display. So went to my fmc, re-added the way point and then bypassed it on the fmc. This fixed the issue, but I'm not sure why it over flew it(and deleted from the FMC), continued on, and then tried to go back and hit it two way points later. Any one experience this before?

So this just happened to me again. I was by passing a way point...and when I did it, it kept trying to turn the plane around to a way point which no longer appeared on my FMC, but was on the navigation display(the map). This really irks me! So I remembered I had posted about this previously and decided to look it up and bump this post...Thankfully I reread it and it reminded me of how I fixed the issue last time(reentered the waypoint into the FMc then deleted it). So I'm not sure what gives...any ideas?

I've found it best to put the Super 80 Pro in HDG mode when editing waypts in the FMC ... when I remember to do so ... else I get the same problem.
