I will do all the best to assist to Wayne and all the staff. I know that the pilots (friends) we have here are professional, many of you have much more experience than me, specially in this hub, for this reason, as Harold or Sergio told "I'll try really hard to not be too much of a problem"
But the most important thing for me is to give my help to all the people how start with us in this marvelous company, also encourage them to complete the exams and participate in the GFI, forums and fly in VATSIM.
