I need some help. When I resize the image to 1000 x 120 pixels, it comes out stretched. I'm using Irfanview, would appreciate some help.

Assuming your original image is a 4:3 or 16:9 ratio and not a 1000:120 ratio, I suggest you first use Irfanview to re-size to a width of 1000, then crop to a height of 120.

Thanks for the suggestion boss. I had the same issue with stretched images (as you can see in some of them).
