Getting back into it.. Started FSACARS (before I started P3D), stayed at the choose Company window. Started P3D and once set up at the gate and then came back to FSACARS and Agree to, "Is plane at departure airport", I got an error: FS Crash, Do you want to resume log...

I assume you have FSUIPC installed even the free version will work. Also try start the FSACARS as administrator. Start FSACARS after you are at the gate.
