Data Retention:

You may immediately delete your data at any time by requesting to terminate your American Airlines Virtual (aavirtual.com) membership and including with your termination request, a request to immediately delete your personal data.

You may terminate your membership and therefore be deleted from the Pilot Roster at any time by contacting us and requesting to terminate your American Airlines Virtual (aavirtual.com) membership.
